What should I do if I haven't received a confirmation for my order?Updated 2 years ago

It is possible that your order has landed in our "abandoned checkouts" section. This means that your order has failed, and we do not have an open order for you.

Our online shopping system has strong security features, and usually, this happens when there is a small inconsistency in the billing address used.

It is also possible that there was a typo in the email address entered at checkout. Simply email us-we can update your email address in our systems and re-send your confirmation emails.
