Shipping Suspensions to Ukraine, Belarus, and RussiaUpdated 2 years ago

Due to Russia’s unprovoked invasion of Ukraine last week, a majority of mail carriers have suspended their shipping services to Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus. As a result, we, unfortunately, won’t be able to serve our customers located in these countries. 

This shipping suspension is effective immediately and applies to both our US store (gc2b.co) and our international store (gc2b.io). Because of the ever-evolving nature of this situation, we cannot offer an accurate timeframe for when these suspensions will end. It’s simply out of our hands at this moment.

If your order has already shipped, the package will be returned to us through the carrier you chose at checkout. We will be providing customers with a full refund for orders that were placed on or after January 2, 2022 and were not able to be delivered.

If you have placed an order, but it has not been shipped, then we will cancel the order and provide you with a full refund.

Unfortunately, we don’t have an estimated timeline for when we will be able to ship to Ukraine, Russia, or Belarus in the future. The situation on the ground is constantly changing, and we will have to wait until the carriers are able to ship to those places before we can make them shipping destinations on our website again.
