My Binder is Damaged, now what?Updated 2 years ago

We are so sorry that your binder is damaged! 

Per our Quality Guarantee Policy, we are happy to replace your binder provided the damaged item is sent back within 30 days of receipt. Additionally, we will happily cover a replacement if your binder shows signs of premature wear and tear and is deemed faulty within the first 60 days of usage. To receive a replacement, email us at [email protected] with the following photos of the damage(s):

  • overall photo of your binder from the front
  • overall photo of your binder, inside-out with the compression panel showing
  • a photo of the sizing tag so we can trace it back to the manufacturer
  • at least 2 photos of the damaged area

We will then ship out a replacement free of charge using an expedited shipping method. Your photos and details will go directly in the “Damaged Binder Report” which is then shared with our factories and allows us to identify any issues.
