I've Started HRT - Do I Need a New Binder Size?Updated 16 days ago

You may need a new size after starting HRT (hormone replacement therapy). We suggest re-measuring to determine if you need to change sizes. If you experience any pain, discomfort, or breathing trouble- It's time to size up!

If you're taking testosterone: While you may notice a decrease in chest tissue, you may also notice your shoulders become broader. Because of this, people generally end up sizing up after starting testosterone, but you may also want to change styles. Feel free to reach out if you're unsure!

If you're taking estrogen: As your chest develops, It's important to listen to your body and size up as needed. Our binders should feel snug, but not so tight that it's causing discomfort. Consider trying a size up for days when your chest feels too sensitive for a tight binder.
