Is My Binder Damaged?Updated a day ago

Your binder is considered damaged if it shows signs of a ripped cotton panel, unraveling seams, or any following of the following manufacturing defects: 

  • Loose/unsound stitching upon opening (prior to trying on)

  • Mis-sized due to size/tagging or fabric cut

  • Panel unraveling


If you find that your binder is damaged please stop wearing it immediately and reach out to us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving the item. Please be sure to include photos of the damaged binder as well as your order number so we may assist you as efficiently as possible!

Per our Quality Guarantee Policy, we are happy to replace your binder provided the damaged item is sent back within 30 days of receipt. Additionally, we will happily cover a replacement if your binder shows signs of premature wear and tear and is deemed faulty within the first 60 days of usage.
