How will the Canada Post Strike Affect My Order?Updated 3 months ago
[Update: January 7th, 2025]
With the recent news that USPS and APC's service will be resuming on January 6th, packages bound for Canada are now being accepted again and any held orders should be shipped from our warehouse and be on their way to you soon! Please be aware that because of the backlog of held mail caused by the strike, we anticipate that packages may continue to be delayed in the coming weeks with Canada Post estimating that delays may continue through January.
We thank you for your continued patience and support at this time.
[Update: December 16th, 2024]
With the recent news that Canada Post's strike will end and service will be resuming on December 17th, orders that have already shipped out from our warehouse should begin showing movement on their tracking page. If your order has not shipped out, it is still being held at our warehouse and will be shipped out once Canada Post has announced they are able to receive international mail again.
Due to further expected shipping delays, we will be offering an extension on our exchange window to Canadian customers whose exchange requests are affected by the strike.
To our Canadian customers,
As of November 29th, 2024, USPS has suspended acceptance of mail and packages bound for Canada as a result of an ongoing strike at Canada Post. Canada Post is no longer accepting inbound mail from our carriers (USPS and APC) and there is no movement of mail within Canada because of the strike, which began Nov. 15.
Unfortunately, some orders may already be in the hands of Canada Post and will be delayed until they resume operations. Orders that have not yet shipped, are currently being held in our warehouse until the strike concludes and will be shipped as soon as possible.
Our team is keenly aware of the significance of our products and understand the urgency a person may experience when having to wait on feeling like their truest self. We will continue to provide updates on the situation as we learn more.
If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Care team at [email protected].
