How do I exchange my binder?Updated 14 days ago
If you think your binder is the wrong size, please stop wearing it! We are happy to exchange your order provided the item is in its original condition (like-new and undamaged) and sent back within 30 days of receipt.

Exchanges are offered for all items in accordance with our Exchange/Return Policy unless otherwise stated on the product page. Limited edition, Print on Demand, and Final Sale items are not eligible for exchanges or store credit.
We currently offer the following exchange options:
Exchanging for a different size: Select the new size you wish to receive
Exchanging for a different style or color: Select ‘Return for a different item’ and you’ll be able to use in-store credit to immediately shop for a binder in a different style or color or other available products available in our store. If the final cost of the new order differs from the original, you will need to input your payment information and pay the difference.
Store Credit: You will receive store credit in the form of a digital gift card once your order has been returned to us and inspected by our team.
Once you’ve finished selecting your desired exchange options, you'll also be asked if you'd like to have your exchange order start processing right away (Quick Exchange), or if you'd like to wait for us to inspect your original items before we process your order.
If you select the Quick Exchange method, we will place a hold on your card for the value of the exchange item. You will only be charged if your return parcel is not shipped and scanned by the carrier within 5 days.
