Can I wear 2b Tape and a binder at the same time?Updated a year ago

Double binding is not recommended. Although the tape and binder might make you feel less uncomfortable while binding, it is still considered double binding and we advise that you do not engage in this practice as it can cause the same issues as wearing two binders or as binding too tightly (trouble breathing, injured ribs, deep marks in the skin, etc.)
