Can I return my 2b Tape for an exchange or a refund?Updated 10 months ago

2b Tape is not eligible for exchange or refund once it has been removed from the shrink wrapped package. Due to the intimate nature of the product it would be unhygienic to resell open tape to another customer. 

If your item arrived damaged or if our team sent you the wrong item we are happy to exchange the 2b Tape for you as long as it has not been used or taken out of the shrink wrapped package. Once the tape is removed from its packaging it is no longer eligible for return or refund, so please ensure your order is correct before testing out your 2b Tape!
