We would be happy to exchange your Impact packing boxer briefs within 30 days of receiving your order! You can access our exchange portal and request an exchange by clicking the link here.You will need your order number and the zip code provided during checkout.

Due to health and safety concerns, Impact products are not eligible for return or exchange once the protective liner has been removed. We recommend trying the briefs on before removing the liner, to allow for exchange if they do not fit. When creating an exchange, you will need to submit a photo showing the liner is intact.
